Engagements
Work is governed by a written agreement signed before the project starts. That agreement sets out scope, fees, pilot length, performance standards, and remedies. Where it differs from this page, the agreement applies.
Ownership
On payment, the qualification logic, message sequences, and integrations we build for you are yours. We retain the right to use general methods and know-how in other engagements.
Third-party services
Our systems connect to tools operated by other companies. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, or policy changes, though we will work with you to adapt when they occur.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
